A decade ago to learn English, you had to attend costly English classes or purchase course material like tapes and books. Now you can learn English for free from the comfort of your home using the internet. The BBC and the British Council offer a number of online courses which teach written and spoken English. You can also improve your English by watching television programs and reading English newspapers. For more information, visit http://tinyurl.com/qnzpt

No, there are no easy way of learning English. If you are very talented it will take you two years to be competent in English but take heart! it's not very difficult.

(a) start with grammar

(b) learn vocabularies of some common English words (e.g. perception, significant) and the appropriate situations in using them.

(c) socialize with people who speak good and simple English (not those people who use a lot of slangs like 'whatever', 'you know'). Speaking with these people will help alot because they can correct you instantly when you make mistakes.

(d)when you are fairly competent in English (can understand basic a conversation and write a simple essay)
pick up your favourite genre of books/magazines in english
and a dictionary that translate from your language into english.
while you are reading, write the meaning of the english words that you do not understand in your own language and continue reading until you encounter another word or sentence structure that you do not understand.

Learning english takes alot of dedication but the rewards are great because communication is 'key' to most jobs.

The easiest way is to speak to any people who speaks fluent english. Reading book is the second easiest way to learn, but not as effective as speaking it out is better than reading it out.
