Tomorrow is the first day of my sr. yr @ uni. I have a horrible sleeping schedule which is due to my summer schedule. Class starts @ 4-9 and I have a million errands to do anyway (tanning bed, harassing the financial aide office, possible job interview). Will caffeine pills alone do it? Or is there another guaranteed way? I am not drinking coffee.. ugh.

*Luckily I've never been an all-night crammer like some college folk.

Get some sleep and pull an all-nighter on the weekend! Trust me, that is WAY better than looking bad at an interview!

Try one of those energy drinks. I would not try the caffine pills, they have a tendency to make your tummy uneasy. There is nothing wrong with staying up for 24 hours. I wouldnt recommend you make a habit of it but once in a while is ok.

stay unsleeping and far flung from places the place you may sleep like that are delicate. I even have the oposite project to you. I choose i'd desire to sleep... and prefer ask a pal in college to wake you up in case you fall asleep. And shop your self interested in something and each thing like shop your ideas energetic in the different case it is going to relax and you will fall asleep! No clue why you do no longer choose to sleep yet savour the extra hours.:)

I wouldn't unless I absolutely had too. Taking caffeine pills, etc. can just set you up for health problems and lack of ability to sleep when you need to later.

I'd ditch the tanning bed appointment for starters. You won't be at your best for your job interview if you don't treat yourself well. Get some rest, even if you have to do it in shifts.

it is not good for you body but it is possible, caffiene pills will do it but you will have the shakes and probably even feel cold. 1 caffiene pill = 3 cups of coffee. just be careful not to get addicted to them because they are hard to kick.

When I have to pull an all nighter I always drink red bull or some other energy drink. just pace yourself with the caffiene. :)
