I do, and apparently now I have TMJ problems (clicking/popping). :(

I do, but only a little SOMETIMES. U should get a custom nightguard made by ur dentist bc grinding @ night can lead 2 wearing away of ur teeth or even chipping or fracturing. Trust me, you'll save yourself a lot of pain and money by investing in a nightgaurd. Also make sure it's custom-made by your dentist as it fits u better, thereby protecting u better as well as motivating u more 2 actually use it since it's not bulky or anything.

I'm sorry- TMJ can be very painful and require surgical intervention if it gets bad enough. Try using a mouth guard at night to prevent further damage.

1 of the cause that a person grinds his/her teeth during sleep is due to stress.

I use to and not sure if I still do it today. Your dentist can give you a griper @ night to prevent you from damaging your teeth if you are doing that.
