Cut the cantaloupe into small chunks and freeze them. Place in a blender with a splash of orange juice or lemon and blend into a delicious fat-free sorbet. (Return to freezer if it's a bit loose. Go really easy on the juice.)
For a more complex flavor, add chunks of banana and/or pineapple before freezing.
This same mixture can be blended with your favorite yogurt for a smoothie meal.

Make cantaloupe Italian Ice!
Puree the cantaloupe.
Stir 2 cups sugar and a dash of salt into 4 cups warm water until it is dissolved, then boil the mixture without stirring for 5 min.
Cool. Add pureed cantaloupe. Freeze mixture in a shallow pan or dish. Stir every 20 minutes with an egg whip until it is of eating consistency--scoop and serve or freeze for later in a Tupperware container.

certain, it bothers me very a lot! the way I see it, is in the experience that they "love" the band/musician a lot, then why won't be able to they spell the call wisely? it truly is an similar for songs. I genuinely am so bothered via pretend-followers, even of bands/musicians/songs i don't like. i recognize people are pretend-followers only with the intention to seem "cool", or something, it truly is the element that bothers me the most.
