Go to the library and do some research. Diets are easy enough if you know what to watch for. Alot of people are under the misconception and think they need to watch the calories but it is actually the carbs. And stay away from sugar containing foods. They make you gain wait but alot of times they can effect your memory as well.

if u need an effective slim down, try to drink a glass water with lime (1 piece) mixed with lemon (1 piece), immediately when you wake up every morning for 7 days consecutively. (mixed a bit of honey if it is too sour)

pls make sure you have light breakfast after 1 hr

it worked on me. if you have gastric, this diet drink is not recommended.

well, won't say this is without cost, but most economical.

i don't know how it got started into any of your minds that it is in any way expensive to diet. eat less, thats cheaper, then go running , which is also cheaper, because you won't have to go to the doctor nearly as much, and you won't miss work as much either.

Diets don't have to cost,anything.All you have to do is cut down on what you eat and stop eating fattening foods,like for example:cakes,cookies,doughnuts and etc.

If you eat less and get more exercise then you do now you'll lose weight.
If you stop eating a couple hours before bed it will also help to.
