This is for a cold mustard sauce - works well on hotdogs, etc.

1 x Tin Condensed Milk
1/4 x Tin (use the condensed milk can) White Vinegar
Table Spoon Dry Mustard Powder (you can use more or less depending on how strong you like it)
Pinch of Cayenne Pepper (once again you can use more or less according to how you like it)

Mix well and store in fridge.

Works well on cold meats and eggs!!!!!

MUSTARD SAUCE
=============
1/2 T flour
1/4 c. sugar
2 T Coleman's Dry Mustard
mix and add 1 egg yolk
1/4 pint cream
1/2 c. vinegar

Cook all ingredients in a small saucepan over low heat. Do not boil.
Serve with ham, sardines, and various kinds of meat sandwiches and salads.

I have my own and it's very simple: Mustard and an equal amount of sugar(white or brown)if brown use a little less. Heat ingredients over med. heat and use with anything you choose.

Here's another:MUSTARD SAUCE FOR MEATS
