it sure helps to make it more comfortable...good foreplay should produce the nessessary lubrication if not there are plenty of oils etc over the counter...as to the pain I'd get that checked out from a dr.

yes they need lubrication. there are many good lubricants. start by massaging their back and neck first. You are in too big of hurry. This is very painfull and unenjoyable to her. She is not relaxed enough.
