i can't help it. There's nothing malicious or evil about why i stare. i don't look to cheat or to fantacize. I just look. Is that bad? My GF seems to overlook this out of love, but i don't want to make her feel insecure.

It's ok just keep it to a minimum and don't be crass. You can't help it if a hottie walks by. Kudos to your girlfriend too - for keeping it in perspective and having a sense of humor about it.

I don't think it is bad to look, actually I'd consider it to be quite normal. But there is a difference between discreetly admiring an attractive woman and staring. As long as it is just a casual look and not ogling, I don't think you need to worry about making her feel insecure.

It's not bad. But it's not good either, if you have no good reason to do something with such concentration.
So you either find a good reason about why you like to stare or find a good reason why not to stare.

she can only feel insecure if she has bad self-esteem/worth and gets jealous.
you can 'help it' so, i'd curb my interests in other girls as much as possible to show respect for the one i'm with.
