Yeah its strange...but do you notice they go in pairs or groups, maybe their bladders are synchronised. If a boy grabbed his friend by the hand and said lets go to the bathroom, people would see it differently.

They want to make sure that they are clean. You never know when a guy/girl is going to want to go down on you. So it's better to be fresh and clean than fishy and funky.

first because getting horny makes you need to go pea and you don't want to get started and have to run to the bathroom, so you empty the bladder and get horny again, also it makes you get "more turned on" quicker.

She's vomiting before she has to see you nude. That way her stomach will be empty and she will only dry heave and won't make a mess.
