This is so plain and simple you all missed it. White people are dumb. I am white and willing to admit my race is so freaking stupid. I think the African American race should stand up against it and tell those white idiots that if they wanted to be black they should go to a southern town and ask some plantation owner to beat them and make them pick cotton all day without food or water. Then you would see how many of those stupid whites wanted to still be black.
You have to give the African American heritage and culture credit, they are dealing with this very well. I would be really PO-ED if I was black and some white guy came up to me acting all stupid. He didn't have to suffer, he didn't have to go through years and years of slavery to be able to do that.
Well that's my opinion, sorry if I offend anyone, I don't want to sound racist here, but whites are stupid plain and simple.

Few answers:
-Pop culture is heavily black.
-Sports icons are often black and into the urban culture.
-The gangsta/urban lifestyle tends to flaunt wealth in a manner which is appealing.
-African Americans make up an interesting cultural minority which is out going and in many ways fun.
-Black guys tend to convey confidence which is incredibly attactive especially compared to nerdy white guys.

Honestly?!?! I think the ppl who do are pathetic! It makes me sick to hear a person of another color change the tone of speech when they talk to a black person, too.
