is this a wedding anniversary or the day that u officially became a couple? if its ur wedding anniversay, how long have u been married? there are many sites that will help in choosing the right item based on the year of ur marriage - if ur a couple not yet married, there are many options. jewelry, flowers, candy, a card, clothing, a day of pampering, a break from doing household chores, a treasure hunt to lead up to a passionate nite, a night out on the town, a candlelit dinner at home, a day trip to ur favorite place, a trip planned w/o them knowing - all u would have to do is show up in the car w/the bags already packed and whisked them away - these things would be great as well when married - just make sure to keep the intimacy and romance blazing regardless of what u do - best of luck and have lots of fun

Corny but Romantic..... Get some boxes of different size. What you do is you put boxes into boxes etc. Dont put anything in the box. I recommend those with lids not the delivery kind.. Then she'll keep on opening it until it gets to the last little box.. With a surprise she'll find nothing in the box.... You'll immediately say ...

Well for starters you should have not waited until the last minute.
Dinner out is always nice because then she doesn't have to cook. Somewhere comfortable but nice with good service. Then depending on where you live you could take her for an evening walk in a park or maybe to a movie, i.e. a recent chick flick that she wants to see but maybe you aren't too thrilled with.
Next year think ahead! Silly boys.

You know your wife better than we do. Give her something that will make her smile. Put some thought into it. Evidently you know how to make her happy because you said I do.
**If you are really stuck - something not bought. Something that shows you put your heart into it. I would suggest you make her a romantic dinner of her favorite. Choose the wine she likes the most, with the flowers she love, and the music she loves. Make it romantic and end with a nice bubble bath that you both can share.
But remember you know what makes her happy!

Cheesy, cliche, and childish,yes, but flowers are always great -- especially sent to work so everyone can see how much you love her. Re-creating your first date is always fun. Not to mention, just renting a movie, ordering in dinner, and having a date on the couch are always a home - run with me.
CONGRATULATIONS, don't forget she has stuck around this long -- you must be doing something right :)

DOnt listen to any of these people. if u really love her and gave her gifts occasionally, it can be a regular day. Everyday can be an anniversary if u want it to be.
....for example, MOTHER'S DAY, why is it only that day Mothers should feel love. IF u really love ur mother or wife, Everyday can be MOTHER'S DAY. Gifts can be given anyday...

Roses are always nice,and a nice card. If she likes angels or music boxes try to find a nice one, most wal marts and drug stores have a pretty good selection and are open 24/7. congradulations..
