I forgot to pay my speeding ticket on Friday and I didn't show up to court. I plan on paying it sometime today, do you think my license is already suspended?

You must have 21 points or more in order for your license to be suspended. Also, it depends on your state. But if you have less points, you just have to pay a penalty and your license will not be suspended. They will send you a notice by mail first if they will suspend your license.

Just for not showing up for court and not paying the ticket you might already have a bench warrant issued depending where you are. Just pay ASAP and call courthouse to see if you have warrant, they will not hunt you down on a bench warrant but if you get pulled over your toast. From age 18-22 I got over a dozen different tickets for DARs and No Insurances and sat over a year in county in all total. Do not start down this path of losing your license and getting more tickets, deal with it now.

depends on what state your in and also how fast you were going. If the police didn't take your license right there then you should be good, but be careful when you go pay the ticket they may get you right there. You can always have someone go in and pay it for you and have the person say you are working and get informed late what they said
