Yeah, his name is Ralph. What sucks is, he charges me admission, when he does. Look, it's not like I asked him to dance in there. If I could leave my head so I didn't have to watch it, believe me, I would. But he likes to feel important. Yup, I call her my Dark Side Voice. She's the one who says "You're a Loser, you are fat, you'll never amount to anything, so why try?" etc. etc.
Now I have learned about self-love, forgiveness and compassion for myself, and I can tell Dark Side to TAKE A HIKE !! :-O
Don't let it dance and have fun because it loves to see you squirm....you are in control because you have the POWER!
Draw what it looks like on a piece of paper, then put that paper on a pillow and beat the stuffing out of it (30 minutes or so should do it, yup)
