There is no cure for AS.
Treatment of symptoms varies by the severity of the disease and how effectively different patients respond to medications.

It depends on how symptomatic you are !
Is the pain really so severe that it gives you sleepless nights ?
Or was it diagnosed recently ?
In the earley stage, maybe some amounts of exercise and physiotherapy will help a lot !
In the next stage , maybe some amount of relaxation exercises and anti inflammatory drugs will be giving you relief..
Contact a good Rheumatologist or orthopaedician near your place for expert opinion !
Wishing you a speedy relief..!

each person is different and will respond differently to treatment. It IS only a treatment though, not a cure. There are a number of treatments listed here...

treatment consists of stopping the inflammation, ususlly first with a NSAID and, in some cases, with other anti-inflammatory drugs such as corticosteroids (prednisone) or a low dose methotrexate (Rheumatrex).
