No packed food is really nutritiously good for you and that is because they keep the food in containers that needs to be stored for long periods of time. However if lack of time once in a while it is ok to drink packet soups but in the long run try to find time and make your own soups. it doesnt take that long to make a soup anyway. Packet soups are usually very high in salt and msg so be careful about that also. thankyou

they are convenient for once in a while consumption, but do remember that they are laden with msg, and salt which in the long run is not healthy, and since the ingredients are not fresh, they aren't as nutritious as freshly made soup.

Some of them are extremely high in sodium. There are some little cup o soups that though more expensive are slightly healthier.

a lot of them are High in sodium and contain MSG (monosodium glutamate) which is bad if nutrition is a concern. isn't soup in a can just as convienient? you just gotta heat it up. they even have microwavable 1 serving size soups now.

many are high in fat (saturated and trans) and extremely high in sodium. but there are good ones. theres no real danger other than sodium and fat intake. isugest cup-o-soup or ms. grass chicken noodle soup. they are fine for you and taste good
