A grove is a group of druids who worship together. It can also be a group of trees. Not all groves worship in groves :^)
This link explains some of the similarities and differences between a Wiccan coven and a Druidic grove. The section of the article which covers this is the last section. Hope this helps.

A grove is a stand of trees.
It is also a religious congregation of Druids. It can also be applied to the place in which the Druids worship. Another word for this place is Nematon. The word grove most often refers to the group of Druids itself.

If I'm not mistaken, a "grove" is the Druidic version of a "coven". I could be wrong, though (I'm not a Druid).
