Loosing weight requires exercise and eating healthy. Do not eat less because that wont do anything. I would suggest buying protein drink (Can be found at your local nutrition store or weight builders stall) that burns fat as well.
Combine this fat burning protein drink with a meal of low carbohydrates and unsatuated fats (make sure you have enough carbs to give you energy though) and go for a run or long power walk every day. Pasta is also good

well since school starts in Aug if you want to be smart about it give up 20 by the end of the month.
Dr say 1-2 lbs a week is what you should loose. Crash diets you regain the weight the second you go off the diet.
