Four cheese, four mushroom, Escargot Pizza. Cook the escargot till almost crunchy in garlic and butter. Cook the mushrooms in the snail butter. Grease the pizza pan with the snail butter. Spread the dough, top with pizza sauce, add grated cheeses (your choice) top with mushrooms, escargot and bake until perfect. Open some good red wine and enjoy.

Chicken and Pork Adobo (Philippines)

Ingredients
1 cup native vinegar
1 head garlic, crushed
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 bay leaf (optional)
1 Tablespoon rock salt
1 to 4 Tablespoons soy sauce
1 chicken (about 500 grams), cut up
1/2 kilogram pork, cut up into 1 x 2-inch pieces
Slice of pork liver, cut into 1 x 2-inch pieces (optional)
1-1/2 to 2 cups water
Cooking oil for frying

In a saucepan, combine vinegar, garlic, pepper, bay leaf, rock salt, and soy sauce. Put in chicken, pork, and liver. Let soak for 20 to 30 minutes. Add water and simmer uncovered until tender. Strain sauce; set aside. Chop liver finely. Combine with sauce. Set aside. Brown garlic, chicken, and pork in cooking oil. Return everything to saucepan. Cover and simmer until sauce thickens.

i like those little crunchy things at the Chinese restaurant. they are triangle shaped and have some kinda cream cheese stuff in the middle.
