I drank a bottle of Smirnoff Ice (a regular size) and a few sips of Hypnotiq and I woke up the next morning with a migraine. My mom and sister claims it is a hangover but I dont believe so. I am asking you guys to tell me if I am right or wrong.

No. Hangovers usually cause headaches but not migranes, although migranes have a lot of the same symptoms as hangovers, the pain is too intense to be related to alcohol.

migraines feel totally different than hangovers so no there's no comparison.
