Yes, to my horror most of the times! I live in Italy and I always read the labels of any packinging I can find. Unfortunately after reading the ingredients and thinking we swallow them willy-nilly, one can only wonder why he/she is still alive!

I read the nutritional labels on the back of foods every time I go grocery shopping...my diet depends on it!

I try not to buy foods with weird stuff in their ingredients either.

To be honesty reading the back of cans is the reason I stop eating the majority of the things I used to eat.

oh ya, I have read some freaky stuff... dont recollect but one chicken soup can once said low fat but the ingredients had atleast 3 sources of fat listed
