What can I take for energy to get me through the day. NO EPHEDRINE. I don't want to pop my heart wide open. Thanks!

Coffee & or also, (pop) aka soda,thiers just as much cafine in soda as in coffee. for me anyway! Excersize stay busy,keep active walk around in circles,like a puppy. But you know a two hour "Nap" will keep ya from getting too slap happy.Set your alarm LOUD!!! Good luck. What ever you do stay away from sex okay!!! lol.....Have fun....Hope I helped,& good luck. Once I stayed up for two days,can't do that no more lol...Oh yeah,,,Drink tea also,warm or cold doesn't matter, keep going too the bathroom a lot. lol.........

if ur having trouble sleeping than go to trader joes and get melatonin its herbal itll make u more tired and help you sleep and in the mornings take a caffeine pill or get a red bull try running around the block and also start taking vitamins the best kind is a vitamin b complex ittle give you more energy hope this helps

Nap for at least 2 hours. You don't want to fall asleep on the job or guzzle so much coffee you come down with the evil COFFEE FARTS that smell like a corpse.

Just a little nap and you can tuff it out until 5pm Monday. Otherwise your body is going to fight you all day and try to embarass you.

Go to bed and get some rest. There is nothing you can take that will give you more energy than a good night's sleep!

energy drinks... all of them contain large amounts sugar and caffine. Some have other supplements in them but they all do the same thing! They arn't very healthy though.

You can eat some sugar, drink some coffee and hope you don't fall asleep driving home.

crunk juice, redbull,and some other types of energy drinks. and or coffee

caffeine and caffeine drinks. also do some aerobics or take a cold shower. you'll be extrememly tired tomorrow, trust me, i know.
