I would date you much faster than a non-virgin. And so would any girls worth your time. Really, I'd much rather get married, fall in love, and go to bed with a guy I knew wasn't sizing me up to "all the other girls" he's been with. My props to you.

I think it's great. That was the way that the lord intended it to be. You should be proud of that accomplishment alone because it's not something that is so easliy done these days. With all the temptations out there.

You still have the one thing that you can only give once. It will be so special when you finally decide to give it away. Once it's gone it's gone. So choose wisely on who and when you give it away. A woman should and will feel so special that you decided to give her this gift that can never be taken away or given to anyone else. Essentially, it's priceless and pure.

I waited until I got married and my wife did also. My parents were the same way. They married at 18 however, but they have been married for 40 years now.

Sounds corny but it's true. I went through 2 years of college as a virgin and women were after me like a pack of wolves. They thought it was attractive and a game to try to date me. I ended up with the right gal and have been married for 8 years now.

I view anyone at your age who is still a virgin as a person who has a very high level of integrity and self respect. You and those who are still virgins at 20+ should be considered persons of high moral character with good values.
You have made a conscience choice to not sell yourself cheap, nor short. You have chosen to take your time and not follow some crowd, just to maintain a friendship. You can be a true leader when the time is right.
Good for you. Integrity has been sold very cheap over the last 2 decades, I hope, as with the CPI in America, integrity continues to go up in price. If if does I have no doubt we would see a reduction in teenage parents and welfare cases.

i'm 18 and its refreshing to know a guy who is still a virgin. here, there are none and its too bad b/c i think that they should have taken more pride in themselves and cherished the one thing that you were born with that was pure. they expect their girls to be virgins while they all go and get sex where they can find it. i hope that you know the longer you wait, the more special it can be. its that more intimate and special when you still have your virginity when you're old enought to truly understand what it truly is. i don't know if you're waiting until marriage or waiting for the "one," but the person you give it to will be lucky and know that you chose them to have something of yourself that is connected directly to your heart. you "might" be a freak in bed in the future but you're not a freak for not following the crowd. always trust yourself and never settle for less than what your heart deserves. if you don't know, which you probably do, everyone's heart deserves nothing but raw emotions formed by the soul's truth.

the mature girl who will be your first will appreciate it...if shes not mature than she'll probably be a ***** about it. im 25 and i honestly can say that u are not a freak...the moment will come for you too. enjoy the fact that u dont have to worry about extra stuff for now...like getting a girl pregnant, getting diseases, or having the ackwardness of feeling obligated to get to the sex phase. go out and enjoy the person u are with, it's bound to happen and when it does then im sure the girl (if not immature) will enjoy the fact that you havent been pimping around and screwing everything that moves.

Move to Asia. We still value virginity before marriage.

I think it's fine, that you haven't found somebody to share yourself with. You're not a freak, who cares if you haven't had sex, I would rather be with a guy who hasn't had sex but was clean than a promiscuous man whore who could have any number of diseases. Just relax and when you're ready use a condom and care for your partner.
