On the ohter hand, coffee does have modest cardiovascular effects such as increased heart rate, increased blood pressure, and occasional irregular heartbeat that should be considered. But, the negative effects of coffee tend to emerge in excessive drinking so it is best to avoid heavy consumption.

coffee is pretty bad for the body
the cafein causes the heart to beat irracticly for a while and it dehydrates the body. although when used with moderation you shouldn't get any problems. A dietician once told me that its not recommended to drink over 3 doses of cafein per day.

Actually I heard in a study that it was ok to drink it but too much of anything has a side effect eventually

in moderation, it is fine.
the caffeine definitely helps you wake up and be more alert in the morning, but some people get addicted to the caffeine very quickly and will get horrible headaches if they don't have their morning cup.
also, a nice warm cup of coffee on a cold gray morning is the perfect thing to get you going. conversely, a nice warm cup of coffee on a hot muggy summer morning sort of sucks.
i've always found the caffeiney goodness to be worth the addiction.

they say 1 year that its bad several years latter they say u should drink more of it then they show ppl who gotton sick off of it then doctors put caffien in ur medications to get rid of things like headachs for example, now they have a starbucks on every corner. drinking coffey when its like 98 degrees outside is out right stupid is this a coffey fashion show? dont drink coffey while ur pregant but the have cold coffey for kids now. i think they are just out to take ur $$$$ stop this trend of young coffey drinkers if it was bad then its still bad, they have just made coffey popular

well from all i have heard coffee that is processed is bad cause they put chemicals in it. and coffee in moderations is not so bad also lately doctors have been telling Cancer and tumor patients not to drink coffee cause it speeds the growth of the tumors etc

As with anything moderation is the key. A couple cups of java a day can actually be beneficial to your heart. More than that is excessive.

Too much of anything is good for nothing.If you ask me,don't drink coffee at all.Because once you start,believe me,you won't be able to stop.

If you enjoy coffee. Enjoy it. I wouldn't suggest replacing your water with coffee...but don't be afraid to have a couple cups a day. It won't hurt you.

we know for a fact that coffee contains caffaine and this caffiene is a threat to our health but recent studies shows that coffee contains antioxidants that helps fight cancer.
its ok to drink coffee but just drink it w/ moderation:)
