The bank is writing an e-mail to a company to ensure them of the availability of the buyer’s bank account.

“Referring to the.............'s requesting. We would like to inform you that the mentioned company has a/c in our bank. The company can use the amount of money available 35000000 USD for opening L/C (letter of credit) considering the Bank's terms and its policies.

Normally a bank should have a budget for English editing.
I only know of a/c meaning air conditioning.

Referring to the ....'s request, we would like to inform you that the mentioned company has an account in our bank. The company can use the amount of money in the sum of 35000000 USD for opening a letter of credit in accordance with the Bank's terms and policies.

Not 100% sure about the context but I think this is a bit better.

Joe17 and TK have given you good
re-writes.

I would add one very important point

"in the amount of 35000000USD ( Thirty Five Thousand U.S. Dollars)"

You need, for your own/bank's protection spell out the
actual total amount in addition to entering it numerically and add the appropriate decimals ie is it 350,000.00USD or 35,000.00USD?

Good Luck
