i want to know how to put together and take apart a mounted 50 caliber weapon... i am going on convoys and id like to have something to study before i go so that i can be the best when i get to training... also any specifications would be appreciated... and it has to be the 50 caliber that is being used now im not sure what M series it is... but the 50 calibers that are being used in iraq right now on humvees... assemblie and deassemblie and the specs like distance, field expediant repairs would also be cool, i need to study this stuff thanks

Dont worry about studying before hand cause the Army is going to want it done there way no matter how to study it. Just wait till you go to training. The M is for the fact that the gun is a M-2HB .50 Caliber Machine Gun. As it thats the serial number for the weapon.
