it happend two weeks ago playing football this week it felt better so went to play bang same place again i have another game next week is there any thing i can do to help it heel faster ????????

Probably not that quickly. It sounds like you need some quite intense physio or osteopathy. I'd give the football a miss for a while, allow it time to heal.

The more you use it, worse it'll get I'm afraid. If I were you I'd skip the next game - its surely worth doing that so you can play football again, rather than doing enough damage to take you off the pitch for the rest of your days?

nope just rest can make this better and you are not resting by playing football, you need a good few weeks to heal then take things easy for a few more after that
