What you are doing is really nice, and if more people gave compliments and hugs, the world would be a happier place.
Many people who have busy lives or who are getting forgetful have no choice but to write to-do lists, but they are on a practical level usually - like buy eggs or phone a supplier etc.

No, I don't have a list like that. But it's not a bad idea. I think most of us could do with getting in the habit of being just a bit nicer to our fellow human beings. I generally make a point of smiling at people, holding doors when I am there first, treating clerks and cashier like humans by asking how their day is going, etc. Doing some sort of a self-check-up is a good idea.

I have never heard of making a to do list such as this one, however my compliments that are given are always genuine and I do give a ton of hugs and kisses and even compliments. It just flows out of my mouth straight from my heart.
I have never had a problem where I didn't let those around me know how special and important they are to me.
Being positive is a great quality to have. Let it become part of who you are. â¥

I do that as the mood strikes me. Like I'm quick to compliment someone on a job well done or I buy my girl-friend lunch or a soda. This is how i do things every day. It's a very nice way to live your life. And it sounds like your the same way-You Rock!

I don't have much of a list, but since I am a stay at home mom I make sure to go to http://www.*************/index.php?ref=50999 and fill out some surveys so that I make money. Other than that I don't.

Honestly, no. I 've never made a list. Certainly not one like that. That's kind of a good idea though. At least you're thoughtful to those around you. Nice.

nothing verbally if it isnt honest although if you do mean it, its a reminder to the other person you like them around. Nothing shallow though, like...what a nice dress you are wearing.
