Hate is taught by a person's personal views and interpretations. That doesn't mean they're understanding the original intended message.
Don't typecast a whole religion for a few bad teachers and followers.
Every religion has people like that.

All religions do this.
If you look at the history of all the major religions you will see that, at various times in the past, they have not only persecuted people outside their religion but even people who have the same religion.
That was the reason for the Pilgrim Fathers coming to America to escape persecution by christians in Europe and I won't even mention the Spanish Inquistion.

Islam does not preach hatred. It upholds humanity and human dignity in a very high status. If you evaluate Islam through what you see in the western media, you will only get a distorted picture.
Let a honest person think.....Is Israel not a terrorist state because it bombed thousands and thousands of innocent people in Lebanon & Palestine? It kidnapped elected ministers of Palestine. Is the U.S. not guilty of terrorism because of its unequivocal support to Israel? Is the U.S. not a terrorist state for killing tens of thousands of innocent people (including children, women & aged) in Afghanistan & Iraq under the disguise of 'War on terror'. Will you say that Bible, Christianity & Judaism preach hatred? Think hard.

That's a verse from the Quaran.
Now, if more needs to be understood, how a supposed God of "love" or "peace" is behind this? God would never take a nation, and speak of using them for target practice for their mere fleshly pleasure. Sounds more like the script to "Die Hard 4" or something.
But....sigh....they'll keep rejecting Christ as their only way out, and believe that while wine flows freely in heaven, yet, it can't be touched here on earth because it's a sin.....God apparently changes his mind about the goodness or badness of an object (wine's good in heaven, yet a sin on earth).....I'd be confused too if I followed them for more than 2 minutes.
Pray for them, guys. May God lead them to the truth. Jesus Christ.

No dear it is not true..... the very word ISLAM means peace.... as for as your claim of news is concerned it is totally wrong and the actuall picture goes like this
1. Both world wars causing massive loss of life and material were incited by christains and fought by christain countries
2. The only atomic bomb used in world history was by USA( a christian country , ordered by a christian president and dropped by a christian pilot)
3. Brutal mass murder of civilians was carried out in Veitnam (by whom???? muslims ?? no sir it was again a christain army of USA)
4.IRA is definitely a christian group without any muslim membership and what have they been doing...... terrorism and bombings
5. Are tamil tigers killing srilankans lead by some muslim clerics
6. Who is running one of the most inhumane prisons in world.....Guantanamo and Abu Ghuraib( Christians of USA army)
7. Who invaded and killed thousands of muslim childern and women in Afghanistan in name of collateral damage( Christians of American army)
......... the list goes on and on so moral of the story
