If alcohol is added of course it is. My wife and I don't drink alcohol but she often orders a virgin strawberry daquiri, but it doesn't contain alcohol. We've found we've never needed alcohol to enjoy our life.

Yes. There's alcohol in the rum. Some bartenders will serve you something they call a daiquiri but doesn't have anything alcoholic if you're still newb enough to ask if a daiquiri has alcohol.

Just the alcohol in it is. If it doesn't have alcohol in it, it is not a daiquiri, its only a glass of lime-aid. Just as you can't have a virgin rum and coke. Its a glass of coke, nothing more.
