Think of the good things that happen today, discard the unplesant ones, and try to relive that which you enjoyed most as you close your eyes. Breathe evenly, and deeply, keep your eyes close... continue reliving that most enjoyable event... smile if you want but keep your eyes closed... Now, as I count from one to ten, you will go into a [huh?!!!]

make myself tired..like do exercise..keep myself busy with study.then at night..i will fall asleep...

the best thing ive done is take deep breaths in thru ur nose and breathe out ur mouth. force everything out of ur mind and concentrate on ur breathing and it should help.
