How about you stop trying to think you're so deep and intellectual first. Thanks.

Okay, now I can actually answer your question that's really just your attempt to prove you're right.

One CAN say "I love you". They're words. Every word can be said. And there is every need for the words to be said. Actions can be misinterpreted- and often are. Boundaries and feelings and relationships need to be verbally established, otherwise people are left trying to figure things out on their own and could be in two seperate relationships with each other because they didn't communicate.

No way. I want to hear the words and to see and feel the actions as well. Love is one of those things that needs both actions and the words. Because ppl start feeling and thinking so many things when those words aren't said at least a few times a day to them or they say them. They worry if the person is mad at them or something and whats worse than being really mad at someone is to be nagged by someone you love over a none existent problem. So say I love you and show it. Ppl need both.

I completely agree that actions speak louder than words, but sometimes you just need to hear those special words from that special someone.

I don't care who you are but it's always nice to hear it every once in awhile. It's true that actions speak louder than words but sometimes actions just don't say it all.

greatest question ever...!

it is true action speaks louder than words...
but in the case of I LOVE U...., then i think it is better to Say it thn late then ever.... and wht if the person misunderstands ur Actions....and things get worse. yet u hvt to be polite in ur actions if u decided to NOT to mention ur feelings in words........¬ actions and words are are two same things. u cannot leave one and take one..so i think both needs to be perfect or at least good in every person..

no there is a need for it to be said, remember women are emotional beings that get touched by words as well as actions, so it is a vital part of a relationship, say it as often as you feel it necessary, that makes your partner love you more.

Everyone needs confirmation, from the simplest of things to the most major, and especially in affairs of the heart. However, I'd strongly advise honesty in this situation. Don't use those words unless you really men them.

i agree with you totally. as weird as it sounds, ive been with my fiance for over 2 years and we have never said that to eachother. there is so much more you can do to let them know how you feel instead of just saying that. thats too easy. this day and age has also make it lose its meaning. we like that we dont and its kinda our thing not too.
