The first one is correct. They both have the same meaning but the second one has the extra word "being" which is unnecessary to use since the first one is clear

Personally, I think the second one is correct, but that most people prefer to say the first one.

They are both ok. The word "being" gives off the message of actively spending time with him. The other one more sounds like oh my gosh you went to the same store.

i prefer 2 bec. being states the specific one. but 1 is also correct because it is more clear
