Recently, I bought a broken PSP on eBay, and it has finally arrived, but I'm scared to take it apart because I'm afraid its components might be sensitive to static shock. I'm most likely going to need to replace the motherboard so I guess it doesn't matter if I wreck it, but could someone please tell me what parts, (if any) are sentive to static or are easily broken? Thanks.

There is little to worry about once the unit is put together, wave soldered and MFP coated. My question is why would you spend good money for a broken one from eBay when you aren't tech enough to service it? Just for the experience??? It may not even be repairable as getting parts for it will be almost impossible.
