Almost all my pickle juice wasted out and I was wondering will it stay fresh and juice.

I'm going to say no because the pickles would just dry out and be gross. They are pickled cucumbers and I expect if they dried out it would not be pretty. The pickles would probably shrivel up and rot! Hey, maybe you could make your own sauce to can them in. Or try not putting the pickle jar in the refrigerator after you open the jar. The pickles will taste better. Cut them up and serve them with cheese and olives....yummy

The pickle juice is called brine. It has lots of salt & vinegar to keep the pickles fresh. Water or air just won't do it. Salt water might.

they will shrivel up and dry in a few days, longer if you leave them in the fridge.

For a replacement pickle Juice, use saturated salt solution with a couple of table spoons of vinegar added in. it should keep your pickles good...but of course, the best way to store them is to either eat them or use them in a dish that can be frozen...

Hope that helped...

They'll wrinkle first and then kind of shrivel as they slowly dry out. You have time to eat them. It takes more than a week from them to get rubbery.
