Take flour, milk, 1-2 eggs, sugar. I always do it by gutt-feeling, so I guess you can try it like this:
- 2 - 3 cups of flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
stir all together and add as much milk as you need to make the dough become smooth. For extra flavour, you might want to add a little cinnamon.
For extra taste, my mom always addes bits of appleslices as the pankace-dough was in the pan, right before flipping it over.
