You need to lose that layer of fat covering your stomach area. You can do all the cruches and situps but they will only make your abdominals stronger and build up the muscle underneath. That's actually a good thing but, if that fat is still there you'll still have LOVE HANDLES.

If you want to see those muscles that you've been working so hard, you need to burn more calories than you take in. You need to eat healthy and exercise.

do you know how to do crunches for your abs? lying on your back, feet flat, you tighten your muscles and bring your head up off the floor?? ok, to work on the "love handles", you do the same thing, only lying on your SIDE. crunch sideways to elevate your head. hurts a little, but works the SIDES of your abs. Good Luck and don't give up!!
