Good thing you're afraid, because life has so much to offer. What you have here is the inability to see the brighter things in life. Just look, listen, and see. There are lots of things you love about life (don't you dare say otherwise!). Smell the roses, eat your favorite food, smile at your favorite person. Go to your preffered beach. The alternative, you ask? Think positive, open your eyes and see the goodness of the world!

Just a guess here, but it sounds like the key operating assumptions here are:
1) Life sucks
2) You want the hell out
3) Your body won't let you off that easy.
That's your body telling you something. The problem here is not where you are; it's how you got there. Surely something is really snarked up in your life, but just like bankruptcy, you can admit how messed up it is and start over.
You're holding your life up to a standard that may be impossible to meet. That's OK. Life is messy. You don't have to be perfect. You don't have to even LIKE yourself. But you have to respect yourself enough to shake out of it and solve your problems one at a time.
While you do, guess what: Life will wait. You CAN get your sh-t together, on your terms. Your self-esteem will increase. Your confidence will increase. Your energy level will increase.
If you need to, see a shrink and get some anti-depressants or anti-anxiety drugs, or whatever (s)he says to get. But that's not a full-time fix. That kind of fix will only make the symtoms go away. The problem has to go away first -- and the problem is not life, it's something IN your life.
Good luck man. Hope to see you back on Answers soon. You gotta rate the answers!!

Sometimes when it seems everything is going wrong in our life, it is because we look at it that way. Everyone has problems one way or another and there is always someone with worse problems than we have. When we let our problems rule us, we begin to hate living...What's the sense of living if everything we do, say or become is wrong? But, if you search a little harder, you will see that not EVERYTHING has gone wrong in your life, even if it is a small thing....Killing oneself is not the solution. You are only DEAD...and you can't take it back....Find something to interest you and follow it through....meet others and try to help them. that will put a new perspective to your life....when things get too rough for me, I turn it all over to God...not a bad idea when you think about it.

Look for something in your life that is worth living for and focus on that. Make changes in your life since you are obviously not living a happy one now. Talk to your doc to be refered to a psychiatrists, you may need to be on anti depresants, as much as it sucks, sometimes you need to take meds. I do. And I will for the rest of my life, I suffer from severe depression and have to work hard every day to survive. But I do, because there are people in this world that I love and that love me, and leaving them behind isn't something I'm going to let myself do willingly...im sure you have people too.....try talking to someone about your feelings. Write, draw, talk, outlet your emotions the best you can and look ahead, not backwards. The world isn't so bad when you change your point of view a little. I would also suggest getting some therapy, honestly, it helps.

Honestly, every human being was created with the desire to live. If someone is too afraid to kill themselves then that demonstrates their desire to live. We all have the desire to love, be loved, learn, and pursue happiness. Its just that sometimes its hard to find those things and we drown in fear. The alternative is to continue with life taking things as they come, drawing close to our Creator and being optimistic about thing because pessimism and indecisiveness leads to self destruction.

You must know that tomorrow is always better. I mean next week, month, year or decade. I promise that one day years from now you will wake up and you will feel great about staying on the journey.
Just find a way to get by today each day. You do this by forcing yourself to find a way to find something good in everyone and everything. And when something seems to hard to get through just know tomorrow will get better.

Killing yourself is not an option. Go talk to someone, your mother, father, teacher, minister...whomever you feel you trust would help you out.
Life is hard on everyone sweetie...but it's good too...real good...there are people who care and you should go out there and find them and get the help you need. There are kids helplines out there...talk to someone...they can help you. You'll find there is a world of wonderful people out there and before long you will find your way.
Pray to God too. I know there are people who don't believe...but you will find comfort just walking into a church, sitting there in silence and asking for help in your heart. You will feel the peace flow through you. God will hear your prayer too.

Ask God for guidance,..and ask him to pull you out of this dispair you are in.....He has always come to the rescue for those that truly believe, and believe in His Son, Jesus...pray on this,..and seek and you will find...you won't believe the happiness you will find...Satan is working overtime right now to take down as many of God's children because satan knows his time is limited...so try it...you've probably tried everything else..and you will be shocked to see how happy your life will change...God Bless you and I pray you find happiness don't kill yourself...tommorow is going to be a better day.

The alternative would be to find out what is causing this person to feel this way. Then take corrective steps to correct it.

Take on really dangerous jobs. Become a bounty hunter, a bar bouncer in a rough part of town, process server, or even consider joining the French Foreign Legion
