the best way to drop off a plateau is to make a change in the exercising that you are doing. If you are doing NONE, get started, even if it is just a brisk walk for 30 minutes 3 times a week. If you have a regiment, examine it and look for more and longer spurts of cardio exercise to get you over the bump.

Also, you have been dieting a while. Break the mold. you are probably in a rut, eating the same type meals all the time. break it up. make lunch a bigger meal and just nibble at dinner. I do this and it works for me, and I've lost 40 pounds since the beginning of the year.

if you want something extremely quick yet illegal try getting some adderall.. you can lose 15-20 pounds in a week by taking it..

if you want a cheap and easy way.. try drinking only cold water.. and sort of throwing boxing moves like shadowboxing for about 15 seconds as fast as you can.. feel your heart after and you'll notice a huge difference.. basicly do this 5-6 times a day and your metabolism will have been raised dramaticly

anyways goodluck

Bowel cleansing is a temporary weight loss. The only way to kick start your metabolism is increased activity. Congratulations on the 60 pounds by the way.

Cleansing is cleaning of the intestines and colon. It usually takes a week there are kits available at walmart or your local drugstore. It cleans the walls of the feces that may be stuck there some people have up to 40 lbs of it in there system before cleaning, some people have very little. So it depends, you may or may not lose weight by cleansing

Exercise boosts your metabolism. Healthy diet will help it too. Check your foods and make sure you are avoiding the evil fat makers, such as MSG (aka Spices and other names on labels), High Fructose Corn Syrup and Aspartame. These ingredients are like poison to your metabolism. I included some links so you can get all the facts in case you are unaware. Double check your labels, you will be happy you did!

I mean that our bodies are like machines, if you push them you'll prove or limits, always there are limits. Diets prove the limits, like exercises do. Cleanising is a step. then make changes in your diet.
