I'm sure this IS fake, but it's not my kind of humor, so I'll rant anyway. People like YOU are the reason my child will NEVER stay with a teenage babysitter. You actually let the mother leave without getting numbers? So, the kid is throwing up "everywhere" and 20 minutes later your crush is at the front door. How convenient. Wait till he sees what a good caretaker you are, he'll be yours forever! He'll want you to have 15 of his babies!
EDIT:
Considering that you would actually post a question regarding a scenerio where you didn't make sure you had numbers for the parents, you BETTER NOT be a future babysitter. And if you actually try babysitting one day, you better bone up on it honey, you have A LOT to learn.

Do you have any emergency numbers for anyone else in his family? otherwise if it is very severe, call a doctor. If the child has a fever try to keep him cool, give him a bath or a cold washcloth on his forehead. make sure he drinks plenty of water so he doesn't get dehydrated. if you think he has swallowed some poisons, call a doctor immediately! next time get phone numbers!

Take his temp. Call 911 if it's high. Do you know where the mom went? Page the restaurant/movie theater, whatever, if you need to. Did the child eat anything lately? How old is the child?

You need to give a little more information. First, the child needs to be attended to. Put the kid near a toilet to vomit or a trash can.
Clean up the vomit as well as you can. Look for the number of the kid's pediatrician or any other contact numbers for a trusted adult. Good Luck!

DO NOT GIVE THIS CHILD ANYTHING TO DRINK OR EAT! If you cannot find emergency numbers call 911 immediately! You don't know his medical history. You also don't say how old the child is or whether or not he may have eaten something or swallowed something he shouldn't. Call 911--NOW!

Tend to the kid!... ask him if he got in to anything...
Is he sick? Does he have a temp... If he doesnt stop call 9-1-1...
unless its from like the flue or something...
But if you are in doubt and feel you cant handle the situation or think he could of swallowed a poison or something like that
CALL 9-1-1
it is ALWAYS better to be safe than sorry...
Let us know how it turns out

Is he sick? did you give him too much to drink? did you swing him around too soonafter he ate. Is he running a fever? When someone vomits it is the body's way of ridding itself of something that is not good for it. Is he colicky and unable to calm himelf. Chances are it was gas build up. If he is cryng lay him across your lap facee down and rock him gently back and forth
