Hi Sweetie,
Overlook all the rude comments. You are always going to have some people who just have to be nasty.
I raise Chihuahuas and I know how difficult the word is to spell. I spelled it for nearly a year before I was sure I was spelling it correctly.
And spell check does not always work on here.
Now about T-cups, There is not such thing as a T-cup Chihuahua. Dogs are put into groups according to what they do.
Chihuahuas are couch potatoes that just sit in your lap and give you kisses, so they are put in the TOY class with the rest of the small dogs.
There are so many people that want the smallest puppy they can get, so breeders have started calling the smallest puppies out of a litter a T-cup.
Not all of the tinies out of a litter are runts that are sick all the time.
If the mom and dad are 4lb dogs the babies are most likely going to all be very tiny. Being tiny does not automatically make them sickly.
Breeders know everyone has heard of the T-cup and want to buy one. So they decide they would call all puppies under a certain weight a T-cup.
Each breeder uses a different weight, so you never really know what the breeder considers a T-cup unless you ask them.
One breeder may call any puppy under 5lb is a T-cup, another may think any puppy under 3lb is a T-cup and still another may only consider a puppy under 2lb a T-cup.
THERE IS NO WAY TO GUESS THE ADULT WEIGHT OF A PUPPY.
That would be like a person going into a hospital and looking at 15 babies and telling you what they were going to weigh as adults. NO WAY !!!
You need to figure out what you want your puppy to weigh (most Chihuahuas weigh between 4lb and 6lb)
There are several sites that sell Chihuahuas. Usually the cost is between $400.00 and $700.00 for good quality puppies that are registered and have a health guarantee.
But remember your puppy may have to be shipped to you on an airplain and that will cost an additional $225.00 to $250.00
Your parents will also have to buy the dog for you, you are too young to purchase one over the internet.

Like most of the others said, there is no such thing as a t-cup. And if a breeder calls a pup a t-cup, i suggest you run fast! The word t-cup is usually used to demand higher prices for a pup. It's really just a big scam. Prices should depend on the quality and pedigree of the pup. Sick breeders that charge $1000 or more for a so-called "teacup" are ripping you off.

Now that we got that out of the way...
If you want a tiny chihuahua, reputable breeders do end up with the littles one from time to time. According to AKC standards, chis should be from 2-6lbs. If you want to compare, Paris' Tinkerbelle is a little over 4lbs. So he's actually an average sized chi.
Here's a list of some breeders:
http://tazchi.com/pages/breeders.htm

Don't get a puppy from a pet shop b/c they usually come from puppy mills. Buying pet shop puppies would be supporting puppy mills, and that is awful. Don't look in the classifieds because they're usually "backyard breeders" who had an accident or are only in it for the money. You want a breeder who loves and cares for the breed and want to make sure they go to good homes. Good breeder=better chance that you will get what you want and that your pup will be sound in temperment and in health.

Typical prices? Depends on where you live. But for the most part, if you're looking for a pet quality (not for showing) then I wouldn't spend more than $1200. I'd say $500-900 seems reasonable for a nice dog with a good pedigree. If you're spending less than $300 or more than $1500 for a pet quality, I'd say that it's generally not so good. The breeder should have done health testing on the parents, given the pups shots and had them see a vet, and the mama chi may have had to have a c-section. Reputable breeders will spend $$$ for their dogs and puppies. If they're asking for too little, it probably means they didn't spend any money for health care...and you don't want that.

Really though, the only way is to find out and talk to some breeders. Don't ask them up front "How much???" b/c they will think that you only care about the cost and nothing else. Talk to them about the chis first. Ask about personality, health, their prior litters, and such. And a lot of times, you'll find that if you take a very good interest in the quality of the pups, and they think you'll provide an excellent home, they'll drop prices for you a bit ;)
And go see them in person b/c they're more likely to give you a break when it comes to the money, I believe. When they have sites, they seem to charge a bit more for some reason.
Also, you may have to get on a waiting list. but this is good thing really. Reputable breeders usually have applications, interviews, and a waiting list. Seems like a lot, but it's worth it!

Here's a good forum. Read through and ask questions there and they'll be glad to help.

Most people that breed "teacup" varieties of dogs are not very reputable breeders. They only breed for size and not health or temperment. This is not true to ALL of these breeders but the ones that advertise teacup puppies are usually only in it for the money.
What you should probably do is research some breeders who breed regular sizes.... occasionally one that is extra-small will pop up.

Things to know about the chihuahua:
Generally pregnant mothers have to have surgery to give birth to their puppies because of the size of their head. Be wary of any breeder who says they will breed a female more than twice or three times in her entire life.
You can also look into a chihuahua rescue group.

Good luck on your search.

You can't find one, because there is no such thing as a tcup Chihuahua. Never heard of a chuaua.

Chihuahuas are a toy breed, not a piece of china.

You buy a teacup in a china shop.

spelling police - CHIHUAHUA...
there is no such thing as a tea cup chihuahua.. small chihuahuas are RUNTS
oddly they tend to be more expensive.. I guess because people are dumb, sometimes unethical breeders stunt the growth of pups because they know some people will pay more for a smaller pup

NEVER buy from a pet store.. look for a repuatable breeder in your area. - dog groomers or vets will know

There is no such thing as a tea-cup dog. Usually, they are the smallest one out of a REGULAR litter. People who pay thousands of dollars for a tea-cup dog are crazy. I have noticed a lot of puppymills selling these kind of dogs lately.
