i am married for the second time and left her about 2 months ago and moved across the country now i am living with my first wife and want to get back together with her. she is still in love with her ex husband but says that she also loves me (we were each others first true loves). she also says that it will take time to rebuild the trust that i broke. how (other than the obvious(give it time)) should i proceed to regain her trust

do things for her u have never done for any woman before to prove it to her. and keep doin things for her that show u want her to trust u. be honest. and do whatever u have to do to show her that u have changed.

Stop messing with your ex's. Getting back with an ex-spouse is like taking a dump then eating it so you can experience the dump a second time. It makes no sense. Don't confuse strong emotion for love.
Love allows you to work through just about any problem short of infidelity. Stong emotion will toss you about like a kite in a storm. Stop seeing them both. Move out on your own. Develop yourself as an indivdual.

Give her time...AND GIVE HER SPACE. If she still loves this other guy then frankly, I would get out of there until she can figure it out on her own without having you influence her every day. This should be a decision she makes on her own in solitude. She knows she can live with you (because you are with her now), but what you need to know is if she can live WITHOUT you. If she cant, then its meant to be.
