You can probably go with either shade of red, as long as it isnt too dark. Sometimes black will look good on certain fair skinned people with light eyes.

You would look great as a red head. I would try a light shade first ;you can always go darker. Not fire engine like I see some people. Plus I am sure you have a lot of red in your hair already, it is always best to go with nature and not fight it. You won't win in the end. Loreal is great over the counter. Red fades quickly but go gentle at first and only leave on 15 minutes or 20 if you hair is course.
See how you like it. If you are pleased leave in on 40 minutes the next time.
The longer you leave it on the longer it will last. Also there are shampoos that compliment the color and help it stay bright. If you have it done in a shop ask for
Wella or Matrix they are European color with conditioners. DO NOT double process
(bleach first then color) you should not need to unless your hair is black. You want to enhance your beauty not damage your hair.

I'd choose a red that was similar in shade to your natural color. So if you have light brown hair, go with a light red. Remember that if you don't like it, you can try a different color in six weeks or so.

Red sounds like it would look great with your skintone and eye colour. Probably something just a little more on the red side of strawberry blonde.

first of all, what is your natural color? that determines whether you should go dark or light.

personally, I'm a fan of the medium copper color. My roommate has that color, with porcelain skin, freckles, and blue eyes. beautiful.

Bright, coppery red. Your eyes will B-O-U-N-C-E off your face!
Because red brings out the green in your eyes. Should you decide NOT to go red(but you should)--Use pinkish and reddish eye shadow and notice how they will catch your eyes. You can use a little of your blush first to see.

Black or either a dark, chocolate brown. Green eyes stand out more in dark colors, in my opinion.

Find a really good hair person, experienced in color matching and hair color. My hair lady took some color samples one visit and told me what colors look best for me.
