No and don't fall for all those companies who claim that they will get all your payments cut in half. There are some companies (Sears, for example) that will not bargain with you or with these companies. It would be better to call the companies you owe money to and arrange a payment schedule with them. Most of the companies that say they can get you debt relief will charge you lots of money to do it and your credit history will be damaged.

There is no easy fix. Even the services that help you reduce your debt will cause your credit rating to suffer, not as much as a bankruptcy, but still, you will take a hit in your credit rating. The best thing is throw those credit cards, not use them at all, pay your bills on time, and make more money to cover your daily needs. Avoid credit cards like the plague!

there is plenty of company's who claim to repair your credit, but they will not eliminate your bad credit. some things stay in your credit for certain time like late payments- 2 years, bankruptcy, foreclosures, repossession, judgments- 7 years (some of them even 10 years), all collection accounts- 4 years even you pay them . so you see there is not much you can do about. some time people havee not correct info on theirs credit reports and you don't need any "doctor" to fix this. simply check your credit and update any info is not correct. if you have bad account and you don't hav idea what this come from- credit biuro have 30 days to investigate and correct this info.
if you have collection accounts and those company can't prove, that this account belongs to you( lost paperwork), this accounts will be removed from your credit report.

No. Anyone that says they can just eliminate all your bad credit is full of it. There are credit counseling services that can help, but no one can just give you a clean slate, at least not legally.

No way !!! You will just need to pay your bills. What you can do is contact some type of not for profit agency to help you with paying down your debt.

Good Luck sweetie. You can do it!!!
