Right now it has138,245 on it and I was wondering how long it will last on average. ( For the note I haven't really beat it at all it's been taken care of good )

as long as you keep it up to shape, and dont slack on oil changes than it could last 200,000 miles and even higher then that, i guess it all depends on how you take care of it, ive got a 96 vw golf with 130k miles and it runs like new, just gotta take care of it

VR6s are very hit and miss. Some dont make it as far as you have, some make it way further. If youre great about maitenance, then it should be good to 200k, possibly more. Make sure to keep up with timing chain replacements and such too.

personally though, i wouldnt risk it, i would grab up something that wont break on you for sure.

It used to be said that German cars last even longer than Japanese cars. German cars used to be known to last 300,000+ miles. It really depends on how well you take care of the vehicle.

take good care of it, that is a very good car

Your car will outlast the engine.Try about 175,000
