look im 12 with my 17 yo bros and wat happend is he decided to get rid of her for barkin at him while he beat the crap outta me then i ran away with my dog and didnt come bak for 2 weeks (i satyed at a friends house while his parents were gone only me and his 18 yo bros)so afterwords i came bak with my dog who i brang with me and forced my brother to reconsider and he didnt im supose to get rid of her 2morrow and im walkin her to the s p c a do i run away again?

boy that's a hard one. maybe you can get someone to watch your dog while you two iron things out. i think your dog sounds like he was just watching out for you.where are your parents?

If your brother is beating you up, you need to tell your parents. If they won't listen, tell a teacher at school. Tell someone before he really hurts you. Please don't run away. Too many bad things can happen to you out there, even worse than your brother beating you up. Are you living with just your brother? If so, where are the parents? If you try to keep the dog, your brother will probably kill it. I hope you get some help for you and the dog.
If you can reach your parents by phone, call them and tell them what is happening and tell him you are scared to be left alone with him. Maybe they can come home early, or have another relative care for you until they can get home.

NO! Do not run away again! As much it might hurt you got to part with your dog. Don't be so selfish and think on how much you miss her and all; think of her! At the S.P.C.A. she will get a good and loving home. It will be the best thing you can do for your dog and later on you will realize that it is the best thing you can do since your 12.

Do you know where your parents are on vacation, and why aren't you with them? You need to call them and tell them what is happening. There is no excuse for your brother beating on you, and he needs to understand that the dog was just defending you. I hope the dog bit him in the balls. Contact your parents and in the mean time, find someone else to stay with. Good luck!

If your brother has custody of you, you might want to talk to another adult to intervene for you. It's alot of pressure for an 17 years old to take care of a young kid, especially if he's still a kid. You might want to consider finding a home for the dog and find one for yourself. this is not a healthy situation for you to be in. Is there another relative that can help you? I know you really love your dog and that is so great,but what choice do you really have.Eventually you will have to stay at home .Maby you should write your brother a letter explaining how much your dog means to you .In a letter you can get every thing out with out interuptions.Tell him you will do what ever it takes to make him change his mind even chores ,but if he refuses then you will have to let your dog go.If you et to keep your dog dont ever allow this to happen again even if you have to keep your dog completely away from him.

maybe see if you can get a friend to keep your dog untill your parents come home......or maybe you should try to stay at your friends house till they get home, obviously your bro cant be trusted to not hurt you or the dog.....can you get ahold of your parents on the phone or sumthin??? have you an aunt or uncle to talk to. If so call them and tell them what's going on. Call your parents - they surely gave you a contact number. If none of the above call the police
