...the battle is the LORD's... KJV 1 Sam 17:47
"If one man sins against another, God will judge him. But if a man sins against the Lord, who will intercede for him?" Nevertheless they did not heed the voice of their father, because the Lord desired to kill them. (1 Samuel 2:25)
And I say to you, My friends, do not be afraid of those who kill the body, and after that have no more that they can do. But I will show you whom you should fear: Fear Him who, after He has killed, has power to cast into hell; yes, I say to you, fear Him! (Luke 12:4-5)
Now see that I, even I, am He, and there is no God besides Me; I kill and I make alive; I wound and I heal; nor is there any who can deliver from My hand. (Deuteronomy 32:39)
This killing includes even babies, as God says in Hosea 9:16 Ephraim is stricken, their root is dried up; they shall bear no fruit. Yes, were they to bear children, I would kill the darlings of their womb. (see also Numbers 31:17; Deuteronomy 2:34; 20:10-18; Psalm 137:

The God of the Bible is no where like the God of Modern Education. God is Love but He also does hates certain things.

I realize that you cannot use the Bible to debate the existence of God with a nonbeliever but I think that I can prove the existence of God through science. You see you are mocking us because we believe in God.

Call a statistician and ask him what the chances are of someone riding a camel in the desert hundreds of years ago writing down things that parallels the findings of someone like Uncle Albert, proving through science things like the Big Bang. Some old camel rider had all ready figured this out and called it creation. The Bible says that God created. Uncle Albert says that the big bang started from something smaller than the hydrogen atom's proton. Something so small that it takes millions of them to equal the size of a grain of salt. Something that small making all of ever thing, the Moon, the Stars, the Planets, Mt. Everest and you and all of your friends, now if that isn't being creative then what is.

Now you take, "time," a good scientist will tell you that they have no idea about what time is. Is it time loops? Are we in the past of present or could it be just elsewhere?

We all have the same Lord if we profess to be Christians. And though it is hard to understand God's judgment on nations who refuse to honor Him after being warned was often death. We bring the judgment of hell on ourselves. We have freewill to accept Him or reject Him. We send ourselves there. Hell was not in the original creation, but was prepared for Lucifer and his angels when Lucifer wanted to be God. God created freewill and sin is a byproduct of man's choice to disobey God.

There is only one Lord of all and it is the individual who perceives the Lord as characteristically different from an other person's concept of the Lord.

the God in that abysmal work of fiction is immature and tempestuous. In a human being, these qualities would be horrifying and criminal. Why would God, who is supposed to be superior, behave with such impish idiocy? That is not the Divine. That is mankind's projection of itself.
