What causes mold to grow?
mold spores are everywhere
food (organic materials=paper, dust, cloth, starch, etc.)
moisture from high humidity (70%)
mold likes high temperatures (mid 70° F), darkness, and stagnant Few people suffer serious health effects from exposure to indoor molds, though some people have allergic or irritant reactions. The key to successful mold prevention and control is to reduce indoor moisture: it is impossible to remove all mold and mold spores indoors, but mold will not grow if moisture is not present.
Disinfectants such as chorine bleach used to be routinely recommended for cleaning up mold or mildew. However, thinking on this is changing, and many experts no longer recommend disinfecting for this purpose. The most important thing is to find and correct the source of the moisture and to dry wet building materials and furnishings within 24-48 hours. Once surfaces are kept dry, the mold cannot grow.

Mold usually grows in any place that is moist and warm. If the trailer is sealed up and no air gets to circulate, mold will grow. Running a dehumidifier will help to keep the humidity and moisture out of the air and will help alleviate the situation.
Molds can affect people, either as an allergic reaction or in the fact that mold growing is a breeding ground for other bacteria to thrive.
To remove the mold, wash with bleach, straight bleach. It will be messy, but it will get it all. Use rubber gloves to protect your hands. Use paper towels since you can just bag the towels in plastic bags and remove it from the house. Once it is gone, regular cleaning of those areas with bleach could keep it from coming back.

Mold is usually caused by dampness. You can get anti-mold products that help. For most people mold isn't harmful unless there's a lot of it, but it depends on the person. Some people are allergic to it and get regular allergy symptoms like runny nose and sneezing or asthma. A very few people have severe health problems due to mold.

dampness and water leaks.
Yes mold can make you sick. Especially black mold. You have respiratory problems. Have problems breathing and you cough a lot. Bleach water will kill mold but best to use something over your face so you will not breath it in. It is not good for babies to be around and if you do breath it in it can grow in your lungs too.

YES. it is very deadly, whether you are allergic to it or not! my dad's house is full of mold, between the drywall and even on the logs(it is a log home).
you will mainly feel drowsy all the time, have a clouded mindset, possibly expirence depression, and "allergy symptoms"(nasal congestions, etc.).
i would suggest moving, removal is very costly.
