I just recently began wearing contact lenses. Supposedly I have Astigmatism in only one eye. Im currently using Acuvue Advance Astigmatism and Acuvue Oasys in the other eye. The Acuvue Oasys feels very comfortable but the other one is torturing me. I feel like I constantly have something in my eye and my vision is blurry. Could this mean that maybe I dont really have an Astigmatism and a regular contact would be much more comfortable. By the way, I know that I'm not supposed to, but I used my other contact in the wrong eye and it felt much better.

sometimes a person just can't get use to the toric correcting lens, like you they just are not comfortable. They are weighted so when you blink they move and you feel it more. the reason they move is so your rx is in the right position. Call your dr's office and tell them about it, see if you can try an oasys contact in the other eye.

Possibly a bad fit or a jagged edge. One of the reasons for your blurriness is the axis correction for the astigmatism is wrong. It is weighted where the axis should fall, but it might be 10 degrees off. This happened to me.

Follow up with your optometrist. He/she will let you what's going on for sure.
