Murder -- right in your face -- after they have tortured you and tormented you about killing you.... and you are away from family and friends...all alone!

The worst way for a person to die is out of selfishness-by taking their own life. They don't think about the emotional problems it will cause their friends and family, and they don't think about how much they could have added to the world if they would have just stayed in it. Everyone has so much potential for good, whether they know it or not. It is such a shame when someone takes their own life-especially because it's a proven fact that almost all people who succeed in killing themselves desperately tried to live after it was too late!
Why are both of your questions about dying? I hope that you are doing well emotionally, and that you are not facing any major problems, especially suicide. God cares about you, and I care about you, because I answered your question.
If you are not contemplating suicide, and you just enjoy this topic, well...I don't know what to say about that! :)

Since the final curtain is the same for each, they share the same quality. Your question is similar to asking: What's the worst way to fail 3rd grade? Or what's the worst way to burn a cake? The only thing that matters is the terminal result.
However, I consider one of the worst ways to live is to feel like you've never accomplished much and you live in isolation. I think this is a more poignant question.

I don't think there's a single worst way to day. There are many horrible ways to die, both by natural causes (I saw my brother drown, it's not nice), or by the actions of others (murder, torture, drunk driving, etc).
I think that one of the worst ways also is spiritually, when you've looked at your life and don't feel any sense of acomplisment.

Can't think of too many good ways. I've always thought having my car run under a big semi-truck would be a horrible way to go.
