do you have a boyfriend sounds better. asking her to be your girlfriend sounds a bit pushy and desperate. And will make the girl feel like she has to make a critical decision under pressure. Just let it happen. I mean you probably dont even have to ask.
If she makes a move onto you. Most likely she doesn't have a boyfriend. Therefore you don;t even have to ask if she has one. you know? I mean, when I first met my boyfriend we clicked. he didnt have to ask me if I had a boyfriend of whatever.
We hung out. Got to know eachother and then we fell inlove. I mean if she's playing games. Like you try to ask her out. And she gives you an excuse like:" oh I have to wash my hair" or "i have familly stuff to do!" don't even bother. she has a boyfriend. Or she's just not interested.
I mean if she doesn't say anything after her excuse that sounds lame. like saying::" But we can go out this weekend,im not doing anything then." you know just to reassure you that she is not trying to brush you off.

You should go up to her and just talk to her for a little and they say, "Hey, are you doing anything this saturday night? Cause maybe we can do somethin." and if she says yes then ask her if shes free anytime next weekend.

go up to her and get into a casual conversation with her, make her laugh and then casually ask if shes busy that weekend. ask her out and then on the date, if things go well on the date and she seems to be enjoying herself, ask her if she would like to be your girlfriend

Well, If a guy asked me if i have a boyfriend, i might take it wierd. So say will you be my girlfriend. that sounds better. I guess.

JUST COME OUT AND ASK HER.DONT BE MAD AT HER ANSWER.YES YOU CAN HER HOW YOU FEEL ,BUT SHE MIGHT NOT FEEL THE SAME. JUST BE HER FRIEND IF IT DONT TURN OUT THE WAY YOU WANT.BUT STILL LOVE YOUR SAFE.
